So my D&D group is starting up (slowly) and I completed my bard set up
This is Mordai Glory a Tiefling who serves as the main source of blackmail material for nobles. As a bard he has had access to all the parties held in the city. Normally being a Tiefling would make it hard for him to get "comfortable" with the party goers but when you got Charisma base 20 it's not that hard to talk your way in (among other things.)

He's relentless when it comes to flirting, he believes that anyone can be charmed by your character so long as you hold your head high with a smile just as bright. What with Information being his main source of trade, he needs to be able to get in close with anyone and everyone who can get dirt on other nobles. He then sells that information to any other noble looking to besmirch them; which isn't that hard to find considering how snobby the rich folk are in his country. Always looking to knock you down and pull them closer to the top, a real cut throat crowd. Be it illegal trade, unorthodox alignments, or sex scandals (which normally involve him) these Nobles will use just about anything.

As a result he has many ties with Nobles who are willing and able to supply him with supplies when needed out of an unspoken agreement that Mordai would not sell their own information on principle.

Since his life is filled with sex, drugs, and scandals, it gets hard to find someone he can call a mate. Sex is great and all, but he's a hopeless romantic. Sex is just part of his job so it's not like he can be picky with who he's hunting down, but he always has hope that one day a beautiful rogue would steel his heart or a hansom warrior would come to sweep him off his feet.
