It's mostly watercolor. A little bit of pencil added in. And a white sharpie.

Yep. Hmm, a few days, with a few hours at a time. So, probably around 6 or 7 hours. Maybe 8. But that includes some drying time and my getting angry at the background. :P I know it took me about 2 hours just on the hand. XD I
