I usually don't go for nekkie-ish or risque pictures like this, but to me, this seems less outright sexual and more overall sensually appealing. I particularly like how the colors give it a dreamy feeling, I love Star's hair flip and eyes, her little grin, the way the dog tags fly, all of it. Well done ^^

I agree with Zach, but in a different way. Her underwear is actually too big! I needs to be smaller. Probably more akin to a G-String, where only the front and back are covered, and the sides are way smaller. Honestly, I'm glad she's not padded, it would have ruined the entire effect of the image.
Star is certainly multi-talented, that's for sure. She has quite a diverse range of interests.

i totally messed around with a bunch of stuff i never play with as well as changing up the lineart to be super duper thin which is something you just dont see in my stuff. I added sceen and overlay layers which again is something i never touch and also frikked about with the contrast and colour saturation...again something i never touch so yeah this prolly doesnt look like my art...also shes not padded DUNDUNDUUUUUN

In coming back and looking at this again, I want to say how 'tasteful' it is, too. There's an implication of what it's all about, but you just don't see any 'naughty bits' at all. You don't have to, it really works well without them, and in fact, I think it would be a huge distraction if they were included. Very nice work, and suggestive without being crass.
