What are blebts exaxtly? And they are only for stardragons?

Species info (WIP):
• Named after the noise they make (like a goat going "Bleeehhbbtt" )
• Often have ribbons and the like sprouting from their backs and tails.
• Roughly 3 feet tall, from hoof to the top of their head.
• They are nocturnal and have bright, glowing eyes.
• Part of the Stardragon world, but an open species.
• Come in 4 varieties (and can have a combination of features from each subspecies): Standard, Ribbum, Elemane, Winged

While they are from the Stardragon world, they are listed as an open species. So I would imagine that they could be used outside.

I have seen both actually. I have seen some people treat them as household pets and I have seen some treat them as highly intelligent beings.
