Nefé is a nebula-based Galaxy Child, which means she can generate Minor stars and also regenerate her Major star if it is ever damaged or destroyed. She is a motherly sort of creature and spends most of her days within her expansive nebula creating stars. She cares deeply about her adopted sister Niko, who decided to go wandering the galaxy when she was old enough, and Hiaem, whom she rescued from the brink of death. She's a little ambivalent towards Ceras, but she does like him most of the time.
