Yep! Lance got some well-needed upgrades, at least in my eyes they were! This was done by of course, my awesomely talented and good friend  Giganaut after I brainstormed a bit of a more "war hero" look for the big guy. I have to say, this is simply incredible! The reason why Lance would be so huge in the first place is that he might not be as heavy as Kayvie and Albert in their original forms, where they were 50-70 tons in weight as apposed to the A-10 only being about 12 tons, but with the A-10's huge height and length, the military wanted to keep that size as a factor during his creation so he would still be recognizable by his size alone, which explains why he is bigger and heavier than Kayvie and Albert in the final result.
