"That's something of a big detail to miss! In case ye didn't notice, keeping track o' the moon is essential to this kind of work."
"I told you, I was watching it carefully! I'm not an idiot. We should have had a few hours before it got dark!" Kathalia snarled, slamming her mug down on the table, the amber liquid sloshing onto the wooden table. "Not my fault you damn fairies don't use proper time."
Gwae crossed her arms, annoyed. "You know I don't like being called that."
Kathalia's ears twitched as she slumped back in her chair. "Sorry. I'm just on edge. Its been a tough couple of days and I haven't eaten yet."
"Its fine. You have a point about Faerie-time though. The Broceliande is basically Faewylde half the time, I wouldn't be surprised if the flow of time was affected this close."
"I wonder if this place serve meat. I'm starving and maybe eating will help get back to full strength." Kathalia sat up at the thought.
Gwae sighed "How can ye even think about that at a time like this! We could become someone else's next meal at any moment and ye want dinner? Aren't we supposed to be on the hunt?"
