The film Arachnaphobia. Kind of a horror with dark comedy. John Goodman played an exterminator that joined up with some scientists and a doctor to kill a horde of hybrid spiders invading a small, country town. A true classic.

Oh dear... this brings back memories. When I was a little kid my mom had to watch a lady's house, let the dogs out into the backyard, etc. Well, for some reason, and I"m not sure what agitated them, all of these really big ants just started pouring out of the wall and walking on the ceiling and what not. We ran out of the house but, we could still feel them walking on us even though there weren't any there.

Ugh! There was one time I was staying over at a friend's house. I went upstairs late at night for a snack. Turned the lights on and there were cockroaches *infesting* the place. Their cat was just sitting there staring at them. I started killing them, and after about a dozen, my friend's dad walks over sleepy-eyed and is like 'what are you doing?' and I was like 'there are cockroaches everywhere!' and he was like 'oh yeah. Just go to sleep'. I never stayed the night there again.

Something similar happened to me also at a sleep over. Thing was... it was partly my friend's fault. He didn't take out the trash and apparently the bugs knew it. That night the kitchen and "dining area" were loaded with them and we ... did our best to kill them off. Then we hid in the basement for the rest of the night.

Better to call Dwayne the Exterminator! He'll set you up with a depelter turbo!

That was such a great movie. The popcorn bowl always freaked me the fuck out, too many sodas and bags of chips on the beach had crawlies and buzzing bastards get in them.
