Working without the actual outlines is a bit rough. I suspect my ears would be a bit smaller, my head ring would be a bit more oblong, my eyes a bit more slanted, and my tail would not be NEARLY that large by comparison. Besides that I am not aaactually a non-morph.
The motion does not seem so bad really but the glowiness is a bit weird looking almost more 'blurred' than really brighter. Try doing glow by increasing the lightness of the yellow to a brighter one and then back down to a darker one while letting it leak into the darkness a little like I did to my own avatar here on FA.
