This is my first attempt at modeling something in Blender. I know it's not very good, but be gentle. The pose is for rigging, so I can animate later, but I haven't gotten to that step yet, so the model is screaming with its arms and legs spread.
This was almost entirely done with the Sculpt tool, btw. It's so much fun to use, though it's very imprecise.
