What my cockroaches eat, for the most part. I change it up a lot, but the other day, this is what they had. Carrots, celery, apple, bread, potato bread, grapes, cat food, lettuce and sunflower seeds. :>

I'm looking to get some of these but I'm going to avoid the fruity cheerios on principle, lots of dyes and such. My parrot gets extremely irritable on dyes so I'm just going to avoid that. :/
You've got a pretty nice lineup. :D I don't really eat the salads my university entitles me to, so any roaches I decide to keep will have their greens accounted for.
