The white-over-red paint scheme combined with the red and white of the tail light assembly takes the classic design of this 1956 Ford Customline to a whole new level.  Throw in the chrome trim, the raindrops, the contrast of the grass, and the depth of field.  I'm rather proud of the way this photo came out.

I've made a hobby of photographing cars close up. I love the distorted reflections in the chrome of great old cars. At car shows, I'm the guy sitting on the ground with my camera, getting the right angle on a bumper, grille, or hub cap.
