It's cool seeing my art progress :D

Anyway, this took ages. I believe it's a solid 20 hours of work total just doing the art, nevermind writing and organising the ref itself. However, I'm super duper satisfied with it. <3

With this, I can also debut my new style! I drew Toothless a while ago with an experimental shading style and recently posted the Aurora picture, which used this style, too. It's sort of a step between my comic style and a render and I'm not entirely sure what to call it, but I love how it looks. ^^

Also, reflected light! WOOO! Making stuff look reflective! DOUBLE WOO! Mouths and teeth that look real! WOO! I did a LOT of practice on anatomy here and I really hope that shows.

I won't be offering this style of reference sheets, by the way - at least not now. I need to really settle into this style before I make any obligations to anyone. I hope you enjoy! <3

- 'Aezkul' is a species of dragon in the world Threa that :devdraagul: and I are creating together.
- Rackiera has a nictitating membrane to prevent her eyes from drying out at high flying speeds.
- The gem in her bracelet/necklace is called 'blue zircon'.
