It's definitely something most of us experience, even those others assume to be popular and well-heard. Sometimes it's because no one is listening and other times it's because it's something hard to talk about or communicate well. And even if we're heard, we may have the sense that nobody really cares. It's tough.

It really is tough. It's one of those things that you can push aside while your in the moment, but when you have some time for yourself, that's when that feeling's weight really shows.
