Whipped this up today. Got the idea after watching a video of Jonboy Meyers sketching the Joker (Jared Leto Joker). So, I decided to sketch this doodle of Fearmonger spraying his fear gas at the viewer. With every pic of Fearmonger I draw, I always try to make him as scary-looking as possible. Hope I succeeded here.
