So much has happened over the years. However, the one thing I can proudly say is how "I'm Proud to be Me".
Everyone has done such a wonderful job aiding me in not only coping with my condition along with its respective limitations, but also shown me that there is more to life than living up to stereotypes.
Through all I've done, I've come to realize I'm the happiest when I'm in a position like Spike the Dragon from "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and Isabelle from "Animal Crossing: New Leaf"
What makes these two characters so special to me is how they are at their best when helping others. Both are very capable on their own, but at their strongest when putting their talents towards the betterment of others and/or team projects. This is why, once my ocular adventures come to an end, I'm deeply hoping to find a job where I can perform at the capacity of "Number One Assistant" who, as needed, can rise to the occasion to lead his team to victory.
Yosh's youth is also a way of reminding me to remain calm and not overcomplicate life. I've learned the hard way the impact of depression and anxiety. Having Yosh keeps me in a place where, as needed, I can remember the positives in life while finding comfort in not being bombarded by surgeries, stereotypes, and other matters that can just get to be too much at times.
So why dress Yosh up as a cross between Spike and Isabelle? Well, aside from the above, I've learned being a "Male" doesn't mean I have to judge my successes and failures based on masculine norms.
Having my degenerative, ocular condition has made me not-so-good at many male associated things. However, I proudly can say many talents that are typically deemed to be feminine / maternal are what I'm proud to say I can do and do well.
So, if you ever need a "Number One Friend" who is empathetic, caring, and eager to help wherever he possibly can, I'm proud to strap on my apron and go all-in to help make your life, and those of others, the best they can be through my talents as "Spikey-Belle".

*Hugs* Thank you, Ari. It meant a lot to get the help to make this image to help remind everyone, including myself, of the importance of embracing their talents and gifts rather than what they can, or cannot, do. :)
I'm likely going to only be posting stories from now on. (Unless I get seriously lucky with my surgery next week) I wanted to make sure, what could be my last artistic post, was a meaningful one.
I hope you know how you have played a very important part in me embracing who I am on both the inside-and-out. You're a great friend and one I hope to always show how much I care about. :)

I'm happy you like the work of Ms. Boom. She has helped me with a lot of the arts I've done with association to Coping with Limitations Through Pony. Primarily the pictures I got autographed by the VAs as I gave them copies of our work.
I try to live up to what I portray in Yosh. There are days that I know I could be a far better friend, but I always do my best. *Snugs*

*Snugs* Thank you, Nishi. It makes me happy to be able to openly show how, after loads of help from friends and family, how okay it is to be who I am.
With any luck, others who pass by this image will be able to see how okay it is to embrace all of who they are. It's not easy, but it can be done. *Snugsnug*
