The Lackland Class Heavy Cruiser is another KarmaTech design developed prior to the Earth-Minbari War. The class is named after Lackland AFB in  San Antonio, Texas, which became one of several proving grounds for Earth Alliance naval personnel. Only three vessels of the Lackland Class had been built as the design was a semi-failure in the eyes of EarthDome. Only one vessel of this class survived the Earth-Minbari War, the EAS Alamo.
