The Catamaran Class Heavy Cruiser was a design from KarmaTech that was meant to succeed where the Lackland Class Heavy Cruiser had failed. In this, the Catamaran passed with flying colors and went into full production. Fifty vessels of this class had been built during the Earth-Minbari War and only eighteen members of the class had been lost during the war.
