(Un?)Lucky knight just found a horde of treasure with his name on it.

Unfortunately when he entered and picked up a large gem, a bellowing voice from deep within the horde shook the cave walls.

"Intruder..."
"THISSS TREASURE..."
"ISSS OURSSS..."
"THIEVING HANDSSS..."
"NOW BELONG TO USSS...!"

Once the shaking stopped, the entire cave grew still and quiet, only a drop of water heard nearby.

Then a heat arose from deep within the knight's armor, his leg began to expand, but not just his leg, his neck also tingled and elongated, before he could even react to look at himself, a pain seared through his spine.

Then a fresh pair of dragon wings burst forth. Claiming him forever, as moments passed his changes grew more and more permanent. As all he could think now was that this was his treasure. And he will forever protect it from any thieving hands that may come.
