I like the dramatic and sharp transition between shadows and lights i feel like the composition flows to the head better with that than if it was a gradual transition. And that expression with the red eyes standing out...That expression...iiiigh I have now the critical need of touch the whiskers of my cats (The are going to hate me but...it will be worth for sure) Lovely painting for sure.

I'm happy the sharp transition worked well! It was a spur of the moment thing when I decided that it needed something more that could help lead your eyes. omg I so love how colors match, it's a perfect combination and since I'm super into yellow and very saturated tones my eyes are fairly pleased right now :'D
I think the thing I like the most is totally the lighting on his shirt, also, as I said on a previous note, silhouette work is amazing and I so like how lines flow O: meow! gesture is perfect also ;-; eep <3
