A alien dragon from another planet who is also a millitary officer and in command of a powerful alien armada. He is also a arch nemesis of Dino-Max.
my new supervillain known as General Chaos but still a new character of mine which is still "A work in progress" and planing to get him bigger and buffer then before also I may make a few changes to his costume I think giving him some boots and gloves would make him look better. Any way hope you all enjoy the guy as there will be more of him coming soon.
