Verd'rik Sondar is a fighter ace hailing from the Mandalorian planet of Concord Dawn. During the Yuuzhan Vong assault on Mandalore, Verd'rik Sondar was able to destroy six Yuuzhan Vong coral skipper starfighters before his modified Z-95 Headhunter was forced into a crash landing. Once out of his crippled fighter, Verd'rik took to using melee and ranged combat tactics in defense of the planet. After the battle was won, Verd'rik was honored by Mandalore Boba Fett when his helmet was marked with Jag Eyes in response to his valor.
