I see it all the time at conventions, i know companies like DC and Marvel get touchy on it only IF you work for them. I've bought a lot of buttons and posters from some big time artists at comiccon and ganime and unless you actually work for said company none of the artists I had bought from said they had any problems with those giant franchises.
