Squirreling Everywhere
A drawing I did a while back where I went for a simpler color style. The irony being that it didn't end up looking that different from when I "really try" proving me to be inefficient.
If you took time away from looking at dogs or sharks with stupid ears to look at a squirrel, you are appreciated.

Remember that "leader" squirrel I mentioned? This isn't him, but it was based on him. Basically I took a dirty idea (a playful and triumphant roll in the grass while a female slinks away, defeated) and cleaned it up. So he's not named but he has some origins, sort of.
I actually have some trouble in that I don't draw females often in my clean work, and when I do, I don't like to give them human-like breasts. With the feminine way I draw male rodents, it's hard to convince people I've drawn a female without just outright saying it.
I like what you said about his eyes because that was intentional. The eyes by themselves were drawn to be a little flirtatious or seductive but the brows above them were meant to look innocent or shy. Combined together, it makes it hard to be sure what he's thinking.
Thanks for looking.
