Another pic set in the Extinctioners universe.
Dash has his first encounter with the Trackers but uses his powers to escape only to find Streak in hot pursuit. Neither character really expected to share similar powers so what was supposed to be a simple capture has now become a full blown race. Dash seems to have lead at the moment but can he really outrun another speedster, especially one that happens to be a cheetah?
