My very first two characters of my OWN species! *super excited* I call them Prussian Wingars, they are basically fluffy water dragons that have shark tails? XD
I plan on making full references for them later but in the mean time I just wanted to test out a new way to draw outlines and make sure I liked the color scheme before hand. (I'll release details about Prussian Wingars later as well.)
