Iris has a weakness that only Suki knows about~

and that is when certain notes or sounds are sung out or heard she goes into a literal trance~♥♥♥

Basically the vibrations of those notes or sounds ring out and through her body and vibrate her silver in her bloodstream putting her in a trance and the fact that she loves music only intensifies that feeling and hence...trance~♥

One good thing about being in the trance is that she is literally untouchable~♥ She can avoid any and all punches and turns into liquid as cats do lol

Also yes her eyes turn that color when under the trance~♥

Suki is demonstrating that ability as shown easily able to incapacitate Iris without much movement~♥
