Made for thomasblue, after the painting by Charles Demuth,
which was inspired by a William Carlos William's poem.

Everybody named above is well worth checking out.

This was after working enough with Illustrator to recognize that it lends
itself very very well to recreating the Art Deco style. In fact, when the
program first came out, and nobody knew really what it could do, much of
the work produced commercially and in clip art were these vaguely Deco
images because that was the only style model around. Obviously things
progressed, but it's interesting to see that kind of looping back for a way
to think with such new tools.
