Today's warmup!
Because our grump used to be not so grump in his youth. However his face is totally logical, being away from his bondmate so shortly after the ceremony too - specially in the middle of fucking bum-nowhere and cold. That would make me grumpy too.
Also in his youth he used to mountaineer a lot. Specially because #work and #reasons I'll not explain here due to length :D
I tried to go for a not very heavy snowy area - just bunks of snow here and there - too cold for them thou.
The poem at the bottom is by King Olav V of Norway.

Handsome and elegant even then.
Such a full life he's lived. XD I can't believe I never commented on this, but I am now. He's gorgeous, looks younger but definitely still like himself. :3 and of course I love the way you draw all that gear, details like the ones here are just my thing, you know that. <3
