He had the idea of a Hypno character named Ms. Simons who serves as a modeling agent and used hypnosis to bring out the best potential from her models. The request he had was of Sarah in a session with Ms. Simons, naturally due to Sarah's interest in feet there's some footsie going on in this on top of the hypnosis.
