An undisclosed number of lightyears later…

Tricky stretched on his couch. It had been a long long time since he had been discriminated against. The Great Collapse had so drastically changed the world. Furries now ruled the earth and even the strangest of creatures such as himself could live quite a happy comfortable life. Of course, the more things change the more they also stayed the same, especially when one was a Trickster.

Today was Tricky's day off and that meant one thing… Cartoon Marathon!!! ^_^

Turning on his… well, what we would call a "television". He had a big screen one that made you really feel like you were inside the show. That's when his precious benging was interrupted by the local news station as they had just recieved word of the greatest discovery ever. We were not alone in the universe. Tricky laughed at the irony of him being someone who had transcended the universe several million times over the centuries. But this one was quite special. Their equivalent of SETI had finally received a returning transmission. It was only a single image, but it was certainly sent from deep in space and had an alien writing scribbled upon it.

That's when he saw a pair of familiar faces. Both Tricky and Snakie perked up and looked at each other. It had been such a long time, but it was clear that this particular signal wasn't a response to anything on Earth, but rather a simple postcard. A photograph actually.

It was Goatbutt and Snakemane! They looked so happy together! And from the looks of it, Snakemane had discovered that their new species had limited shapeshifting capabilities. But what truely put a smile on their faces was the three little bonbons in the alien crib and the handwritten message not written in Exterestialian, but in English Hilifi.

"Thank You Master Snakie! Love, Goatbutt Snakemane Gnummy Truffles and Ki"

They were even color coded by their genders! That was so sweet of the lovely couple.
