Anyone interested in some handmade celtic wall art? I originally purchased it from a local KY artist (i think the name is Heather Williams) back in 2004.

 I am taking offers but would love to hear ones over $20. I paid $40 for it way back in the day. 

Payments are through PayPal only right now. 

The image on the slate is of two intertwined dragons. 

I will include shipping inside the USA, international shipments will require calculations and adjustments.
