Wandering around the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, Diddy Kong is looking to redeem himself after losing the rugby match against Mario and losing his chance at his first and only gold medal. "This sucks so much, this was my only chance at the gold but I fail cause I'm a failure," Diddy says as he's crying a lot thinking to himself as a failure. But a pack of Passimians heard Diddy's cries and walked right up to him. "Huh? What are you," Diddy says as he looks at them only for them to grab Diddy and bring them to where they live and for them to remove his hat and shirt along the way.

Later Diddy awakes only to find the boss of the troop that took Diddy to be in front of him, "Who are you and where's my clothes," Diddy asks the boss as he marks by putting leaves on his left and right biceps as well as 2 being placed onto his chest and they stick on him making them unremovable that's when Diddy's muscles started to bulge and Diddy starts freaking out only for the boss to place a helmet on his head, "Again what are you doing to me and please tell me why I'm here," Diddy asks, then the changes started.

As Diddy's own skin turns from pale to grey and his fur changes from brown to white and grey covering all of his body except around his face. His muscles continue to bulge until they were at the right size, speaking of size Diddy started to grow and grow until he was at 6'7" and even gained weight but even his fat burned up and becoming much more muscular, the fur around Diddy's ankles rose showing skin from his lower legs down to his feet, speaking of his hands and feet they're becoming less cartoony and a little more realistic, his tail becomes much more bushy and his muzzle shrinks back to be more like a regular monkeys muzzle and less cartoonish, his new fur sprouts around his face except in front as his ears changes but are covered by his fur, his irises turns from brown to orange as his eyes changes to yellow and become less cartoonish and more realistic.

As his changes finish Diddy begins to freak out, "What did you do to me and why did you do it?!" he says to the boss as he begins to do something to Diddy, "Now what are you doing," as Diddy begins to calm down, his voice changing to be like the rest of the Passimians and Diddy's old memories beginning to vanish one by one each time they disappear new memories appears as he's remembering that he found this troop and wanted to be like them as he remembers going through intense training to be like them and be in their pack, then the full changes end and he was handed the berry ball and wanted him to join them for a good game of Rugby, "Simian Pass Pass Passimian," he says as he goes with them to play some Rugby not even remembering his past life.
