Depends on how much she lieks you. A good friend would have a chance to eitehr run and leave Whiterun or have a fair fight. Anything closer requires to give her a good reason. If it is satisfying enough she would do without a doubt.
Lvoers... not a clue as she hasn't test it out yet. Due lacking a lover.
She is ok with doing it with both genders, but underwarter only if she is given time to prepare as she cannot breath underwater.

With fair fight I mean, he has a chance to know it is a fight. Else she would blast him with her spells. Or slam a dagger into him. Else she goes with every spell she knows. Also I don't know if stealth helps his case, as she is a trained member of the dark brotherhood, an asssassin organisation.
