This random Jolteon girl got literally shocked trying to plug in her laptop charger. Man, would this be what happens when you overcharge an electric pokemon? If so, it'd be interesting to see. What she's exactly filling with? I have no idea, but it's probably electrified air, I dunno.
Kinda experimenting with shading and brush here, does it look different to you? I feel it looks slightly smoother than my other drawings.
Anyways, enjoy this picture if you like inflated pokemon because I won't draw them in personal art.

Well, since hugging typically involves pressing one's entire upper torso against another, I believe that an entire rubber body suit would be needed for full protection.
I would also advise giving her a warning beforehand; if she accidentally slips and touches the metal again, she'd probably fill up the entire room.
Or just explode. Either way, it wouldn't be pretty (or would, depending on who your are).
