Nice! You don't see a lot of Medicham content out there. Those lips are perfect for kissing.
As far as more cutie trainers go, I can imagine something between a Parasol Lady and her Roselia or an Omega Ruby/Alpha Saphire Lass and her Maractus or Vaporeon.

If you looking for suggestions specifically for Pokemon; howabout Bellsprout, Goldeen, Bruxish, Smoochum (of course), Gothorita/Gothitelle, Octillery, or another Medicham For Trainers,I have in mind May, Dawn or one of the Lass trainer classes. (Specifically the one based off of Giselle.)
