Yet another piece on the pile of 'oh crap I finished and delivered that a long time ago but forgot to post it' files! Whoopsie. ANYWAY, this commission was a very particular (and extremely exciting) pleasure I got to do for everyone's most beloved meme-fiend, the fantastic 
Silverbirch, aka Kullen, aka Egg, aka Deliver of Unholy Internet Garbage. She dropped her A+ Elder Scrolls cat lady on me with COMPLETELY FREE REIN to pick from a huge number of in-game spells for thematic reason, then let me go crazy depicting how I thought the spell would 'look' when it happened. After much deliberation I chose one called Hysteria that supposedly makes all living entities around you flee like the dickens.
Gotta give them something to flee from, right? Made sense enough to me!
Seriously, this one was absolutely a blast to paint and I'm still so happy I got to do it. Go check out Kullen's gallery if you haven't, too. She's a terrible, fantastic, awfulmazing beast of an artist herself.
