introducing Clint Owen. King of the streets, conqueror of cities. A King Cobra antagonist of the first chapter for Glitch's background story. He's the leader and founder of the most crime gang in the country.
Really fond of the outcome and style of this character. It's heavily inspired from The Walking Dead's "Negan" and Twenty One Pilot's song, "Heathens". This is pretty much my first time doing a scalie too! It was really fun. I think I'll work better next time on the scales since, I admit, I got lazy doing those one by one. haha
