As the pup cannot swim, he's got in his possession a special "Yenatech underwater exploration suit". It allows him to explore beneath the surface of deep water without getting wet or drowning. That airtank under his chin? It's a special design to allow for an unlimited amount of air breathing, recycling the CO2 back into breathable gases. This suit happens to be the pup's favorite, though he doesn't get the chance to use it very often.
