well first you start with a leather shoe it has to be real leather or you'll screw it then you take like a scrubby paddy thingy and dip it acetone and rub it onto the leather until it just about has this suede look to it then you go over it with anything paint you can then do airbrush if you like after you have your design on there go over it with a top coat of acrylic shoe paint aaaaaaaaand dry aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand you're done

LoL Yeah, I saw an earlier post you wrote. I'll just go and buy me some cheap (but nice lookin) shoes from Wal*Mart and paint over them.
