My "fursona" I suppose you can call it, is a shape shifting creature called a morphdog. They're aliens from a dying world, who dedicate their lives to seeking out knowledge.
They can come in a wider range of sizes and colors than humans, with fur ranging from black, white or grey, to a whole rainbow of colors.

This particular individual's base form stands about 5 foot 6 inches, weight around 70 pounds and has an interest in becoming one's pet while studying human life.
