Two bits of art in one week? I think I've just made more art than I have in half a year.
I have a Vaporeon character I call Visune. I always have a Vaporeon on my team thus she became a thing. Why the odd white markings? Well, I have a headcanon where there are branches of Pokemon. The modern Vaporeon is different from the Y/G/B/R Vaporeon. Visune's a mix of both honestly.
