I was gifted this guy several years ago by a friend of mine who has most unfortunately dropped off the face of the Earth. As you can see, there's no kind of watermark or signature attached to this picture. Even the filename (img_17022014_005905.png) gives no indication as to who produced this piece. I had thought that maybe it was a creation of Xx_G.U.N_xX's because the art style is so similar to his own, but he recently confirmed that it's not one of his. I'm offering a 10$ reward to the first person that can tell me who drew this guy, scheduled to be delivered via PayPal the second that this "issue" has been resolved!
09/15/2016 UPDATE: Big thanks to both hi-biki and hellishwolf5 for informing me that this character was designed by bozrat on DeviantArt (aka Walrushit here on FA) for the very same friend who gifted him to me in the first place! Both of them will be receiving 10$ for their help!

By the way? I am a huge fan of yours. Thank you so, so much for takin' the time to give this a look and respond! Even if this character doesn't turn out to be one of Atovich's, I'd love to work with you some day to produce more work of him! If there's one thing I sorely lack, it's more work of the many, many, many characters that I've adopted since initially joining the site back in '06!
