Sammy the Red-Tailed hawk from the raptor center I volunteer at. She can't fly, but really enjoys jumping up off of her perch, I was lucky to catche her mid-jump a couple weekends ago.

yeah, one of her wings was damaged during the time she's been an ed bird. She was originally an ed bird due to being blind in one eye. At the time (15 years ago) they didn't know that birds of prey can compensate if they lose sight in one eye, by the time they realized that she had been an ed bird so long she was so used to it, she probably wouldn't survive in the wild.
