Part of my alphabetical demons project, Hainne is a territorial demon being possessive of an aspect but is highly misunderstood.

These are the "imps" from Okami.
They DO have a similar design to this, but I noticed that you have a few features that are quite different.

Well its not paper I have its just clothe to cover his face, with the okami you are referring to they have paper over them to have some power over them, as a way I am certain they are summons, or were summoned by someone who has power over them by giving them a name/brand or has power over their names,
But anyways I do not feel comfortable with this line of conversation, any artist usually detests comments that treat their ideas as copies of things, similar to things, because it has no benefit but something to strike a conversation of uneasiness. Hainne is a demon, demons have many forms and origins, so of course it will have similar things if you pull up a hundred things that look like said demon, or any creation for that matter. Regardless its creative because it was simply in my head and I put it on paper, without the idea of it being like something else, but he was probably inspired by something of my past. So regardless you will find many things with long bodies, color scheme, hair maybe, tail, or lets go with the specifics of how he is sitting, maybe the white cat, his striped pattern, not wearing clothes, long nails, his anatomical structure, its painted in watercolor. looks eastern. Again you could say it looks similar to all sorts of things at this point but most people just go for the obvious of what the character looks like it could come from when its simply an idea in my head that I put on paper.
Again this line of statements makes me feel uncomfortable so I felt it was something that needed to be addressed as such, and I hope you as well as others refrain from doing so in the future, please.

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that you copied it--I was just saying that it reminded me of Okami. I honestly didn't mean anything by my comment other than to remark on how it reminded me of this other thing. I'm sorry that I made you uncomfortable--I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable.
Its fine, I understand it was not something you intended on doing, it was something though that I felt needed to be addressed as its a huge problem in the artistic subcultures of people with serious offenses of doing these things causing problems for the artist(s), you are not one of these said people obviously, and in no way was this made in anger towards you. Just simply my way of explaining why it made me uncomfortable to begin with.
I would like to learn more about this game however as it slightly peeks my interests, so if you could tell me more about it, I would appreciate that. Or a link to a video of it or something, of course I could probably do it myself, but I dont want to risk choosing the wrong thing.
