Seems more like he should have broadened his definition of "dangerous" animals. Probably only accounted for the ones that are dangerously hostile, not dangerously friendly.
I especially love how her(?) eyes stay in the n_n expression the whole time. Intentional or not, it makes the whole scenario look a lot more innocent than it would otherwise be.
