Poor Isabelle. Without the mayor around, she's stuck with a human who can't do anything to help her. He's often too drunk to pay attention to her anyway, if not peeing on things he shouldn't. Without any sense of responsibility, Villy tends to go out of his way to peeve off Isabelle. He'll say he'll stop when she makes him Mayor, but he's gotta prove he can be Mayor material first. Until then, he's just gonna be a flea in Izzy's collar.
