Rom Needs Love
Just like Jay,Rom was changed from a "Fancy bird" to a real bird species called "Philippine Pied Fantail" ( but Jay is still on process, not really changed) .
Male fantails have longer tails than females, cause I always see them around my neigborhood. They are small, but larger than sparrows. They make loud and beautiful calls.
