The blood is really nicely done, as are her tears. You actually do a great job with fluids and making them look fairly realistic I think.
That being said, it's a shame to see her so hurt, too. I normally don't comment much on vent pieces, because I don't want to put a foot wrong by presuming too much. But this is a really powerful and heart-wrenching piece, and just really well done overall.

nyeah, and i usually don't post vents either since i don't wanna risk people like, looking too deep into it or something; venting for me is really just torturing my characters in any way i feel like to let out some stress and anxiety, aaaand that is actually kinda fun... XD

I can understand that. I've been known to do some pretty mean things to my characters at times, too, just to vent a little or to play around with some ideas. I wrote a whole novel based around throwing a character into the nastiest situation I could think of, in fact. But sometimes this can produce some really stellar work, and regardless of the motivation for this picture it really quite impressive.

I like how the limited color scheme really makes her eyes, tears, and blood reach out and grab my attention. The red, white, and blue contrast well against each other. I am not sure, but I think there is hint of blue in her basically white tears.
