3rd in the series, there was really only one way for this one to go down. I decided for this one to base the design on the original Piranha Man design as it was a bit simplier and I think slightly better looking than the more goblin-esk look in the remake trailer. That and art of the original was more readily available. The webbing between the fingers/toes was an addition if to compliment this form's natural ability to swim, and give a bit more necessary omph he'd probably need to push a fully-armored body through water.
